Lesson 1: Pronouns
Pronouns are words that can be used instead of nouns.
Examples:
John needs the book for school. | John needs it for school. |
Zura walks to the park everyday. | She walks to the park everyday. |
Ali speaks Spanish | He speaks Spanish |
I and me
When a person writes about himself, he uses the pronouns I and me.
Examples:
I go to school. | Mom gave me a pen |
Tim is always nice to me. | I want ice cream for dessert. |
